The people named don't see the report.

Triage classifies, sets the severity and routes the report. Anyone marked as involved is blocked from seeing it, and every access is recorded.

The AI helps without keeping the report

Questions from channel owners

Is the report really anonymous?

Yes, if the person wishes. The channel runs on a separate domain, asks for no identification and stores only the cryptographic hash of the follow-up code.

Who can see each report?

Only the roles defined for that stage, with the people named blocked. Every access is recorded.

Does it work by phone?

The channel is web-based and works on mobile. Other intake methods come in as a record made by triage.
